To expedite the exchange process, customers can email us in advance, indicating the required size and model for the exchange. We will ship the new product within 7 days of receiving the return. Please note that, for exchange requests initiated due to personal reasons, customers will be required to pay an additional $9.9 USD for shipping.

Return Requirements:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please take photos immediately and notify us. Please return the product to our designated warehouse. If the damage or error is due to our fault, customers will not be responsible for shipping costs. However, if damage is caused by improper handling by the customer, we cannot provide compensation or accept the return. We will process your refund within 7 days of receiving the item. Refunds typically take 7-15 working days to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
